Step 1 – call us or email to discuss your requirements, dates and venue.
Step 2 – a FREE consultation, a chance for us to meet, to talk in depth about themes and colour schemes, table dressings and all your requirements for the special day.
Step 3 – we provide a clear and comprehensive quote so you know exactly what everything will cost.
Step 4 – an optional second meeting, where we present the table dressing. This is a chance for you to assess the styling and make any tweaks you require. (There is a small additional charge for this part of the process.)
Step 5 – close liaison and communication by phone and email leading up to the big day. This gives you the reassurance that everything is in hand and being taken care of. We will, of course, need details of times and venues.
Step 6 – On the day itself we’ll arrive in plenty of time to get everything set up. Normally we return at the end of the day to take everything away, although this can vary depending on the requirements of the venue itself.
